We provide mental health care for children 5 and older, teens, and adults of all ages in the Grand Ledge and Lansing area.
What insurance do you take?
We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and cash-pay. We are also working on adding more insurance plans. Contact us if you’re unsure whether we take your plan.
Do you offer therapy?
We offer brief, supportive counseling during your visits. If you need full therapy, we can help connect you with a therapist who fits your needs. Think of us as a quarterback for your mental health care — we help align you with the right professionals.
What happens after my evaluation?
We build a personalized care plan together and schedule regular follow-up visits to check in on how you’re doing and adjust your plan as needed. You’re never left guessing.

Do you see people in person?
