Robert Rodway

Background & Training
Robert Rodway is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in evidence-based psychiatric care. He founded Minds Over Matter with the belief that every person deserves accessible, respectful, and collaborative mental health care — without long waits or stigma.
Specialties
Medication management, psychiatric evaluations, ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression & mood disorders, PTSD & trauma, stress-related conditions, and sleep disturbances. Robert provides care for children (5+), teens, and adults across Michigan.

Robert’s approach blends clinical expertise with authenticity, respect, and clear communication. He believes in meeting each person where they are, explaining treatment options clearly, and building a plan together that aligns with the patient’s goals.
